Pro-Weave Heavyweight — A dense ringspun cotton-blend with a tightly-woven face that holds embroidery thread and DTF prints with sharper definition than standard fleece. Available in hoodie and crewneck silhouettes. Dropped shoulder, ribbed cuffs and hem.

Vintage Fleece — Pre-washed for a lived-in feel with color depth no flat-dyed sweatshirt can match. Available in hoodie, crewneck, and full-zip styles. Heathered and solid color options.

All styles support embroidery and DTF printing. Embroidery placements include left chest, center chest, back yoke, and left or right sleeve — minimum 50 pieces. DTF printing starts from a single piece, with full-front, full-back, chest, and sleeve placements available.

Pro-Weave is the pick when decoration quality matters most.
What's the minimum order for custom embroidered sweatshirts?
Embroidery requires a minimum of 50 pieces per order. DTF printing is print on demand — it starts from a single piece with no minimum.
Which sweatshirt is best for DTF printing?
All styles support DTF printing from 1 piece. Everyday fleece and Vintage styles have the flattest surface for full-chest prints. Pro-Weave crewnecks are especially popular for front-and-back print drops because of their flat, tightly-woven face.
What embroidery placements are available on sweatshirts?
Embroidery can be placed on the left chest, right chest, center chest, back yoke, and left or right sleeve. Most orders place a logo on the left chest for a clean, professional look.

Will vintage-washed sweatshirts match between reorders?
Vintage-washed fabrics have natural variation in the dyeing process, which is part of their character. Large reorders may show slight batch-to-batch variation in color depth.
