How Merchcraft Works
No design degree required. Here's exactly what happens when you place an order with Merchcraft.
1. Browse the catalog and pick your blank.
Start with the garment. Filter by style — hoodies, tees, crewnecks, quarter-zips, joggers, outerwear — or by fit. Every product page shows available colors, fabric weight, and which customization methods work best for that blank.
Not sure what to choose? The product descriptions are honest about what each style is good for. When in doubt, email us and we'll recommend something.
2. Customize your order.
Once you've chosen your blank, you'll select your customization options at checkout:
- Decoration method — embroidery (50-piece minimum) or printing (no minimum)
- Placement — chest, back, sleeves, hood, cuffs, hips, legs, and 50+ placement zones across the garment
- Artwork — upload any common file format. We accept vectors (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF), PNGs, and even simple JPGs. 300 DPI is ideal for print files, but we clean up and convert files on our end as needed.
If your artwork needs cleanup, vectorization, or digitization, we handle that for you at no extra charge.
3. We produce your order in-house.
Once your order is placed, it goes straight into production. Embroidery and printing are both done in-house — we take quality seriously, and each piece is inspected before packaging.
Standard production time is 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
4. Shipped to you (or directly to your team).
Orders ship via UPS with tracking. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days of shipment, putting most customers at 5–7 business days from order to doorstep. We can ship to a single address or split-ship to multiple locations — useful for team distributions, gifting programs, or events.
For large orders (50+ pieces) or ongoing programs, email us to discuss bulk pricing and logistics.
